I like the product, but not necessarily how it arrived.

The product itself has been helping my hair to be less damaged and strong. I have very little breakage. However, when I received the product, the bottles were dented in a little bit and one of them had actually spilled out into the plastic wrap and dried.

SCEPTICAL AFTER USING THIS!

I USED THIS ONE TIME, AND AM CONCERNED THAT THE TEXTURE OF MY HAIR HAS CHANGED. IT IS SUPPOSE TO STRENGTHEN THE HAIR TO HELP GROWTH. MAYBE IT'S MY HAIR OR AGE, BECAUSE MY GRANDAUGHTER USES IT AND HAD NO PROBLEMS. HER HAIR IS DOWN HER BACK, AND IS ALSO A DIFFERENT TEXTURE. SHE IS 25 AND I AM 66.

Hair loss ingredient: DMDM Hydantoin

I loved the hair oil. It's very lightweight and is great for my fine/wavy hair.The moisturizer and the 2-step protein treatment work, but after purchasing this product for a 3rd time, I discovered that the 2-step protein and the moisturizer both contain DMDM Hydantoin, which is an ingredient that is known to cause hair loss.If you aren't worried about DMDM Hydantoin, this product does do what it is supposed to. But if you can get it from a brick and mortar store, (I cannot), that would be best, as more than once it has arrived with spillage.

This stuff is great! I recently started wearing my hair curly again, after flat ironing it straight twice a week for about a year. The ‚Äúbefore‚Äù photo is after putting in product and using the diffuser. The ‚Äúafter‚Äù photo makes it clear that the product works!! I put in the product that came in the set and diffused as normal.
